Act 2

In Act 2, I definitely saw a change in Nora. Nora always seems so selfish no matter what she does. In Act 2 she seems to be very helpless and not very bright. Her husband Torvald seems to like that she shows a helpless appearance. I do not think that Torvald really loves this woman at all; I think that he loves the way he lives with her.

In Act 2, Dr. Rank and Nora seem to get very friendly. I think that Torvald and Nora are lacking the affection and closeness in their relationship and Nora feels more relaxed with Dr. Rank. Although, Nora may be closer to Dr. Rank, she definitely flirts way too much with him and seems to have lead him on. I believe Nora is very cruel for leading him on and then in the end he tells her he loves her. The really sad part is when Nora speaks with Kristina about how she dreams an older man will love her so much and give her all this money before he dies.

Somehow I think Nora means Dr. Rank when she talks to Kristina about the older man. I think that Nora was lacking the attention she needed from her husband. Nora is also just a constant mess because she never knows what she wants and she is definitely very dumb. I believe it's absolutely pathetic that she thinks of killing herself over letter. Nora needs to grow up and learn how to deal in my opinion.
